Do you think U.S. Citizens are slowly losing their freedom?

Let's see, the federal government can now enter my home and search it without ever presenting a warrant or telling me they were there, arrest me and refuse right of habeus corpus, send me to a foreign country for questioning, put me on trial without allowing me to face my accusers or hear the evidence against me, open and read my personal mail, listen to my phone calls without a warrant....why on earth would you say I'm losing my freedom?
