I mistakenly deleted e-mail messages.How do I recover them dating back to 3-19-2010?

If they are still in the trash you can move them back to the inbox. Yahoo empties the trash at random every few days, so if you or Yahoo emptied it, they are gone for good. That was too long ago for them to still be in the trash.
