Mazda6, Subaru Legacy, or Scion TC?

I'm A 15 year old and I'm looking for my very first car. Out of all the cars I have come across, I have it down to a Mazda6, Subaru Legacy, or a Scion TC. I am stuck. My spending limit is $22,000. I love the Mazda6's shape, look, and ratings - however to be in my price range the seats would have to be moved manually. The Subaru Legacy is nice; The shape is alright... not quite like the Mazda6 though; Also, it's all wheel drive - and very safe. Finally, the Scion TC. The Scion TC has a better shape than the Subaru Legacy - but again, not quite as nice as the Mazda6. The only problem with the Scion TC is that it's only 2 door and the people in the back might be squished. I find myself going back and forth between the three. So what better place to come to than Yahoo Answers? I need any input, opinions, ideas, ANYTHING. Explanations are also appreciated. Really, thank you everyone in advance.
