Henna Tattoo Locations, NJ?

I'm looking for a place located anywhere in NJ (or in NY close to the GW bridge area) that I would be able to go to and get a Henna tattoo. I don't mean like a little flower though, a legitimate full-chest large tattoo (like a dragon or something like that). All the sites I've checked just have small little erflies and/or there are just artists that come to parties, I'm trying to find something more private that preferably has a website and can do large, elaborate tatoos.
