maybe you should rephrase the question?do you need someone to make some chalk or oil pastel pictures?or do you need to make some fantasy paintings using pastels.it looks good to do the background in chalk pastels., paint doesn't stick to oil pastels.and if you need someone to paint them.state art council probably has good ideas
