What would be the gas mileage increase by changing the differential ration from 3.08 to 2.78?

This would be for a clic car from the 1970s weighing about 3700lbs with a standard automatic transmission & 350 ci engine. I believe the average as stock would be around 15 MPG. The end goal is to get around 20 MPG with mixed driving- city & highway.
