Is it possible to be allergic to a trampoline mat made of polypropylene?

My daughter has been getting a rash on her upper back thighs and bottoms of feet. The doctor and I can't pinpoint it, but today after jumping on the trampoline it occurred to me that the rash could be caused by the tampoline mat.
