How can we help S. Africa?

In South Africa....life expectancy is 43 years old...there are 5.3 million people with Aids...there are 11 official languages in S.Africa. Half of the population is in poverty. I bought a few things from the African booth...they said every $5 I spend... would be like $300 for them. 370,000 people die a year from Aids.
