How are we going to undo the damage done by the Bush Administration to our freedoms?

Besides the economic disasters, the subversion of our Constitution for the last 8 years should be a top priority for the new administration. Cheney was adamant about securing solid power of the executive, and we have to hope that the president-elect will seek to undue this blatant damage to the Rule of Law.
