I know this is long. BUT WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT HIM?

i think perhaps he felt that nothing was going to come out of this friendship and he was hurt that you didnt want to be with him. hes probably trying to move on, or maybe even found interest in another girl. perhaps give him a call and say like oh its been so long how have you been, what are you up to? something friendly like that. help with mine please?
