I need some help in listing my job accomplishments on my resume?

These things are impressive and you can't use a quantity to describe these. Maybe try using bullet points, cut out the "I" at the start of each sentence you listed under achievements (a bullet point for each sentence) and see how that works. Your language is close to what would look professional on a resume anyway. Just cut down on length and be sure that your grammar is spot on as well as spelling. Receiving a promotion in a short time, receiving awards and commendations look better than most things that have a quantity (eg. increase sales by n%).
