Was this false labor?

OK.... last night my back woke me up hurting sooooo bad it brought me to tears.......my contractions were all over ther place like 10 one time then 5 the next. Nothing constant. i took some tylenol to eas the pain and it worked enough to get some sleep. Now once i have woken up it is like she is sittin on my bladder, i constantly feel like i have to go to the bathroomm it kinda hurts. BTW i am 38 weeks. So how do i know when i need to actaully grab everything and go tot he hospital?
