What is Dana White's role in the UFC?

Dana is the President of the UFC and a 10% owner. The other 90% is owned by the Fertitta brothers (they own casinos as well). They have given Dana the day to day operations of the organization, which includes organizing the events, input on the fight cards, signing fighters, and so on.
